Village Centre
The most user-friendly Pissouri property is located in or near to the village centre. Simply because the whole village and surrounding areas are very hilly, steep hills and walking even one kilometer can be tiresome. Therefore, folks try to live near the village and there is a good mix of Villas, houses, maisonettes and apartments for sale.
Pissouri Point
There are several new developments out towards the Cyta antenna, on the point, with good sea views from some locations. The only snag here is getting to the beach, although it is just in front of you, you are located on a cliff top at about 500 meters above sea level with no way of getting to beach. Therefore, you would need to drive to the beach, which is through the village and on down to the beach, about a 5-minute drive.
Pissouri Pine Bay
There are several others developments in the pine forest, which are possible areas to consider purchasing a Pissouri property with great views to the sea and the whiff of pine is always in the air.
The Old Limassol Road Area
The old road to Limassol and Pafos, just outside of Pissouri, as many new residential houses for sale with distant sea views from 'some' locations but mainly countryside views.
Half Way Up
Between the Bay and the village is another new location for residential Pissouri property. Great sea views, not too far from the village and a short drive to the beach.
